Rules & Guidelines

Eligibility

The WebVisionary Awards competition is open to all organizations and individuals involved in designing, building, managing, maintaining, marketing or promoting Websites, Interactive Advertising, Online Film & Video, and Mobile content for business, consumer or general audiences.

Entries must have been in use or published during the time period of Jan 1, 2007 - March 31, 2008. There is no limit to the number of submissions from an individual or organization.

Content Limitations

Offensive material is not acceptable including "hate" messaging, pornographic content, and extreme language.

Acknowledgement of Submission

Entrants will receive an email notification when the submission has been received and paid for.

Terms and Conditions of Entry/Usage

The WebVisionary Awards assumes all entries are original and the entrant either owns the work or has permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. The WebVisionary Awards are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.

Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of The WebVisionary Awards and/or WebVisions to use it for promotion, exhibition, or marketing purposes in any medium. Your submission may be screened at the WebVisions conference and the awards ceremony, and posted on the WebVisions and WebVisionary Awards sites.

Judges, when determined, will not be directly associated with any of the sponsors and will exhibit independent judgement during the winner selection process.
